The OJ sentencing
If you’ve seen the various media reports today, you know there was some confusion in what happened in the courtroom today at OJ Simpson’s sentencing. Here’s what really happened:

On a side note, I’d like to thank this blog for re-kindling my interest in the comic strip. I loved reading comics as a kid (except for the Family Circus, I hated that before I even knew how to read), but then when I grew up, I realized that most comics in the newspapers pretty much suck. I think our comic strip draft pretty much reinforced that. There’s a lot of good comic strips on the Web, however, which have mostly been pointed out to me by blogmates. I’ve always enjoyed drawring my own comics, but most of them are just too offensive or bad to post on the Web. Will I be able to tone it down to content suitable for the Internet? Will Johnny come up with the money in time? Stay tuned to find out.

I personally would love to see SN comics more regularly, toned down for the interwebs. And someday, in a day more forgiving and accepting, I’d like to see a Dak comic in the smithsonian.
